Liam Gallagher blasted for performance before Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois fight – ‘That was dire’
Liam Gallager’s performance at Wembley on Saturday night before Anthony Joshua’s fight with Daniel Dubois has been blasted by fans online.
The 52-year-old opened with Rock N’ Roll Star prior to the main event following the announcement he’d be reuniting with Noel Gallagher for an Oasis tour next year.
But some users weren’t impressed on X, with fans criticising Gallagher’s vocals.
“Ticket prices going down rapid after that Liam Gallagher performance,” said one user.
A second said: “OMG F*****G DREADFUL”.
A third opined: “Few refunds knocking about listening to that.”
Another wrote: “That was dire from Liam Gallagher.”
A fifth fan reacted to his performance by saying: “OMG what is that racket @liamgallagher horrendous….”

Gallagher and his brother, Noel, will reunite for one of the biggest tours in music history in 2025.
That decision has been made despite the pair having a long-running feud, which has lasted for a number of years.

And Gallagher recently revealed on social media that he’d called his sibling, rather than the other way round.
“I called him,” he said.
“But don’t tell anyone as I don’t want folk thinking I’m a soft lad and stuff, keep it between me and you cheers x.”
A source recently said that the reunion had been agreed to due to a desire from both men to perform in front of their children.
