Coleen Rooney faces terrifying ITV I’m A Celebrity first in sneak peek at final trial: ‘I can’t even look at them!’
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Coleen Rooney has managed to escape having to face a trial with snakes – until tonight when a sneak peek shows her tank being filled with them.
On Sunday, Coleen Rooney, Danny Jones and Reverend Richard Cole will leave the jungle after three weeks of cold showers, stomach-churning food and being kept away from their families.
For their final Bush Tucker trial, the trio had to work together in a challenge called Towers of Terror which would win a dinner banquet for their last night in camp.
During a teaser that was released on Sunday morning, all three stars were strapped into different boxes stacked on top of each other.
They had 10 minutes to win stars by dragging them through a maze to release them to the next level.
Donnelly kicked off the trial and asked Rooney if she was okay, prompting her to admit: “Yeah, I’m a bit nervous!”
Jones was in the middle section and nervously laughed when Donnelly asked if he was okay, with the McFly singer adding: “This is sketchy mate, oh my god.”
Cole was in the last section and joked he was “just having a nap” before Donnelly said: “You need to wake up soon they’re going to need you.
“The very best of luck. You’ve got 10 minutes, one star at a time. Good luck.”
Jones continued to give motivational speeches to his teammates so they could bring home the big meal before Donnelly noticed how Rooney was struggling.
As she began moving the star on the top level a huge snake joined Cole in his compartment before Rooney and Jones realised they too weren’t alone.
Spotting the significance of the task she faced and the milestone it presented to her, the WAG admitted: “This is the first time I’ve got snakes. I’m not even looking!”
Cole teased: “It’s really nice and cool, air conditioning around your neck.”
The trial comes after Oti Mabuse narrowly missed out on a chance to be in the final after she was booted from the show last night.
Reflecting on her time, she told the Geordie hosts: “I expected to be nervous the whole time. But when you’re in there it is so important to get the job done! The conversations, getting to know everyone, opening up.
“We cried a lot. Jane [Moore] got us started and we never stopped. I didn’t know I was a crier, but now I know!”
