ITV I’m A Celebrity sparks ‘sexism’ row as latest celebrity exit confirmed: ‘Demand a recount!’

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me out Of Here saw Tulisa Contostavlos become the latest celebrity to leave the jungle.

The 36-year-old is the third to leave after Jane Moore and Dean McCullough, but it was Tulisa and Oti Mabuse in tonight’s bottom two, which sparked a “sexism row” online.

The camp seemed shocked as the bottom two were announced, with hosts Ant and Dec soon confirming Tulisa received the fewest votes.

As she made her exit, she joked: “Someone get me pizza!”

When the presenters asked how she was feeling, she admitted: “Good, I’m not going to lie it is tough in there, so leaving is a happy thing.”

Donnelly pointed out the rapper had dispensed a lot of advice to her campmates during their vulnerable moments over 17 days in camp.

“You bonded really quickly this year,” he pointed out.

“You were all so open with one another, it was wonderful to watch,” McPartlin agreed.

“Yeah, we were very vulnerable with each other right from the start,” Tulisa noted.

When asked who she’d like to see crowned winner, she replied: “Oti to win.

“She’s my earth angel in there man, she’s like my rock, one of the most beautiful humans I’ve ever met in my life.”

As fans responded to the latest elimination, many were unhappy with the result, while some deemed it “sexist”.

“Such a shame, if the female jungle telegraph segments were more equal she would’ve done better,” one argued on Instagram.

Another shared on X: “What is wrong with the public ???? i just know we’re gonna have a all male final at this point because for some reason the British public hate a confident woman.”

“HOWWW IS SHE OUT?? And MELVIN IS STILL IN NO OFFENCE,” another asked.

“SORRY WHAT! I DEMAND A RECOUNT!” another fumed.

A fifth added: “I was also shock Oti was in bottom two?? She’s such a sweetheart.”

“Is anyone else worried it’s gonna be a danny/alan final two??? I like them both but another all male finale when we have more camp mates that are entertaining esp the women. #ImACeleb,” someone else commented.

However, others agreed with the result, with one writing: “For all the feisty female vibes Tulisa had going for her before the show started, she’s actually a bit dull. #ImACeleb #imacelebrity.”

Elsewhere in the latest episode, Coronation Street star Alan Halsall and Coleen Rooney had fans in hysterics over some blunders that occurred during their Bushtucker Trial.

Their goal was to fill a bath up with unpleasant products, with Coronation Street star Halsall, 42, having to collect a mess of rotten eggs and other nasty substances in a tray strapped around his neck.

He then poured the by-products from a balcony down to Rooney, who took the wheelbarrow full of gross items into the bath.

In one chaotic moment shown in a preview clip though, Halsall collects a black liquid in his tray by angling his head under a tube dispensing it.

However, not realising Rooney has left with her wheelbarrow, he pours the liquid below, causing hosts Ant and Dec to howl with laughter.
