Nick Knowles predicted to leave BBC Strictly as fans spot worrying clue: ‘Probably withdrawn’

Strictly Come Dancing star Nick Knowles was forced to pull out of last week’s show due to an injury.

The DIY SOS star has faced an unfortunate start to his Strictly journey, having had only 16 hours to rehearse for the dance he performed the week prior thanks to a separate injury.

Fans of BBC Strictly have now theorised Knowles might be leaving the competition for good.

It comes after the 62-year-old initially hurt his shoulder while changing a tyre, leaving him in a sling. He managed to get the green light to dance the following weekend, but the injury meant he had barely any rehearsal time alongside partner Luba Mushtuk.

During his rehearsals for last week’s show however, he damaged his knee, explaining it was “quite painful”.

Physios decided he needed an MRI and he didn’t perform in last weekend’s show.

An update on Knowles’ condition is expected to be revealed on Wednesday’s Strictly spin-off show, It Takes Two, but fans have speculated it won’t be good news for the presenter.

Taking to X, many shared how they had picked up on a clue suggesting Knowles may have had to leave the show.

“It looks like has withdrawn from #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing. The routines for Week 4 have just been revealed and he’s not on the list,” one penned.

“Hmm no songs and dances for Saturday yet? So Nick Knowles has probably withdrawn. #Strictly,” another assumed.

Responding, another wrote: “Yes, I’m assuming that’s the delay, maybe we’ll hear on ITT?”

“Predicting the ‘sadly due to his injury, Nick Knowles has had to withdraw from Strictly Come Dancing’ happening within the next 24 hours lads,” someone else shared.

“Fingers crossed that Nick can dance this Saturday night @MrNickKnowles #StrictlyComeDancing,” another hoped. (sic)

It comes after Mushtuk added some hopeful words amid news of them having to miss the latest show.

According to The Mirror, she stated: “Unfortunately we will not be dancing tomorrow but we really, really hope that the knee will be better for the next week and we’ll be back on the dancefloor.”
